Administrative and Fiscal Section has the following functions:
a) To carry out the administrative work and processes written
below:
1-
Inventory work and processes,
2- Maintenance and repair work and processes,
3- Security and defense work and processes,
4- Library documentation work and processes,
5- Information Processing and updating the web page of our Administration,
6- DİAD Archive (Separate for each section),
7- Received document recording and tracking, submitting for approval,
returning and distributing within the department,
8- Sent document recording and interdepartmental distribution and distribution
to the public institutions and organizations,
b)
To carry out the work and processes written below, regarding the personnel:
1-
Personnel Activities,
2- Leave, report, personnel matters, promotion, employment, severance
assignments,
3- Activities regarding the position and task distribution,
4- Monitoring of course, seminar, training etc. works and processes.
c)
To carry out the financial work and processes written below:
1-
Budget preparations,
2- Monitoring of allowances,
3- Realization work and processes,
4- Abroad assignments of the Ministry personnel,
5- Paying advance – receiving advance,
6- Allowance realizations,
7- Contribution realizations,
8- To carry out the work and processes related to the payment of the contributions
due to the international agreements participated, ensuring coordination
and cooperation with relevant departments within the framework of information
flow.
d)
Work and processes regarding the meetings planned to be held with national
and international organizations;
1-
Carrying out the preliminary work,
2- Technical Regulation preparation,
3- Ensuring the coordination,
e)
Other Work and Processes;
1-
Work and processes regarding the internal and external coordination,
2- Correspondences with APK,
3- Correspondences with İMİD,
4- Conducting the secretariat services,
5- To handle the correspondences with institutions and organizations and
general correspondences.
